- In the first 60 days on our DealerServiceHub platform, we helped Johnson Subaru of Cary receive 123 service appointment requests from their website visitors. All of these appointments were converted using our lead conversion web application.
- A whopping 86 out of the 123 customers were outside the 6-month/5k mileage service interval whereas 28 of them were in the bracket of being inactive for over 12+ months.
- With the help of our program, the dealership started converting their traffic at a rate of 34.4% which is 16X greater than any other standard service scheduling application or page – which usually converts only between 2% and 3%.
