How Arrowhead BMW Activated its (Unresponsive) Customers in a Pandemic by Using Mobile Recalls Coupled with DataClover's DealerServiceHub (DSH) Program

The Problem
Most dealerships tend to operate in areas within their market which makes it difficult to directly attract business. This can be a major problem as it can hurt one’s chances of growing or even maintaining revenue. This is also one of the main reasons why dealerships need to make better use of all the resources available to them to boost their overall revenue. But with the ongoing pandemic, it became even harder for Arrowhead BMW to keep its revenue flowing.
The Solution
In 2020, Arrowhead BMW decided to address its challenges by creating a “Mobile Recall” program. The Mobile Recall team would set up shop in the “trouble spots” within their market area a few times per month to take better advantage of the growth opportunities available.
To help create awareness for the new Mobile Recall program, Arrowhead BMW used DataClover’s revolutionary DealerServiceHub (DSH). DSH gives dealers the ability to configure personalized service offers geared toward individual owners servicing at the dealership.
Arrowhead BMW used DSH to alert specific owners with open recalls while the Mobile Recall team would be in close proximity to their home or work for follow-up purposes. In the past, the Mobile Recall team would do a marketing blitz to drive the usage of the program. After using DSH, much of the process was efficiently automated and the Mobile Recall program performed at an average of 21 extra recall ROs per week.
